- Consent Planner — Four pre-application tools: Pre-App Data Package, Compliance Matrix, s92 Risk Scan, and LIM Analysis. Replaces hours of manual research.
- s92 Response Builder — Upload council s92 (Further Information) letters and generate structured, AI-assisted responses with NZ working-day deadline tracking.
- Developer Projects — End-to-end construction project management: Gantt schedule, site diary (GPS + weather), defects tracker, variations, quotes, payment claims (CCA 2002 with statutory declaration PDF), RFIs, Health & Safety (HSWA 2015), delay events (NZS 3910 20-working-day clock), drawing version control, and magic-link external approvals.
