Open Home Management
Schedule open homes, manage tablet sign-in via QR code, view attendees, and export data.
The Open Home system replaces paper sign-in sheets with a tablet-optimised digital register. Visitors scan a QR code at the door, enter their details on a large-text form, and you receive a live attendee list with buyer interest flags.
Scheduling an Open Home
- 1Open the listing in your Agent Portal and scroll to Open Homes.
- 2Click Schedule open home.
- 3Set the date, time, and duration (30 min – 2 hours).
- 4Add optional internal notes (not shown to buyers).
- 5Click Schedule — the open home appears in your list with status Scheduled.
Tablet Sign-In (QR Code)
Expand any open home card to reveal its unique QR code. Print or display this code at the entrance. Visitors scan it with their phone and are taken to a sign-in page that collects their name, email, phone (optional), and whether they are interested in purchasing.
Tablet Setup
For the best experience, open the sign-in URL on an iPad or Android tablet at the front door. The page is optimised for large touch targets. Visitors can sign in themselves — no agent interaction required.
Privacy Act 2020
The sign-in page displays a Privacy Act 2020 collection notice. Attendee data is only accessible to the listing agent and is not shared with third parties.

Viewing Attendees

Exporting Attendee Data
Click the download icon (↓) on any open home card to export a CSV file containing: Name, Email, Phone, Interested flag, Sign-in time, and any agent Notes. The file is formatted for direct import into CRM systems.
