The Agent Dashboard provides an overview of all active listings and a follow-up board for managing buyer enquiries by response urgency.
Follow-Up Board
Enquiries are colour-coded by response age to prioritise urgent follow-ups:
| Colour | Age | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| 🔴 Red | < 1 hour | Respond immediately |
| 🟠 Orange | < 24 hours | Respond within the hour |
| 🟡 Yellow | < 3 days | Respond today |
| ⬜ Grey | > 3 days | Review whether still relevant |
Replying to Enquiries
- 1Click an enquiry in the follow-up board to expand it.
- 2Click Reply to open the reply modal.
- 3Type your response. Replies are sent via email with an REAA-compliant footer.
- 4Click Mark as Read to remove the enquiry from the unread count without replying.
