The Agent Dashboard provides an overview of all active listings and a follow-up board for managing buyer enquiries by response urgency.

Follow-Up Board

Enquiries are colour-coded by response age to prioritise urgent follow-ups:

ColourAgeRecommended Action
🔴 Red< 1 hourRespond immediately
🟠 Orange< 24 hoursRespond within the hour
🟡 Yellow< 3 daysRespond today
⬜ Grey> 3 daysReview whether still relevant

Replying to Enquiries

  1. 1Click an enquiry in the follow-up board to expand it.
  2. 2Click Reply to open the reply modal.
  3. 3Type your response. Replies are sent via email with an REAA-compliant footer.
  4. 4Click Mark as Read to remove the enquiry from the unread count without replying.
