Agent Onboarding Wizard
Complete your agent profile and create your first listing in four guided steps.
The Agent Onboarding Wizard guides new agents through the four steps required to set up their profile and create their first listing. It appears automatically after you register as an agent.
The Four Steps
| Step | What You Complete |

| 1 — Account | Verify your email and set your display name |
| 2 — Profile | Enter your REAA 2008 licence number, agency name, phone number, and sale method preference. Use the REAA licence search link to look up your licence number. |
| 3 — First Listing | Create your first property listing — address, price, bedrooms/bathrooms, and a brief description |
| 4 — Done | Dashboard entry checklist confirms your profile is complete and your listing is live |
Skipping Steps
You can skip Step 3 (First Listing) and create listings later from the Listings menu. Steps 1 and 2 are required to unlock all agent features including AI listing descriptions and vendor reports.
Dashboard Getting Started Checklist
After completing the wizard, the Dashboard displays a getting-started checklist tracking your onboarding progress. The checklist disappears once all items are complete. Items include: profile complete, first listing created, first open home scheduled, and first vendor report sent.
