View and reply to buyer enquiries with full conversation history stored in the portal.

Every buyer enquiry submitted through your listing's public page is captured in the Agent Portal under Buyer Enquiries. Replies you send are stored permanently, giving you a full conversation history without needing to search your email.

Replying to an Enquiry

  1. 1In the listing editor, scroll to Buyer Enquiries.
  2. 2Locate the enquiry you want to reply to (unread enquiries show a purple badge).
  3. 3Click Reply to open the reply composer.
  4. 4Type your message. A REAA-compliant footer (your name, agency, licence number, REA disclaimer) is appended automatically.
  5. 5Click Send reply — the email is sent to the buyer's address and the reply is saved to the conversation thread.

Viewing Thread History

Click Thread history on any enquiry card to expand the full conversation. The original buyer message appears on the left; your agent replies appear indented on the right. All timestamps are shown in NZ time.

Mark as Read

Use Mark read / Mark unread to manage your follow-up queue. Unread enquiries display a purple indicator to catch your attention.

Email Delivery

Replies are sent from your agency's Innora-linked email address. The buyer's reply goes directly to your registered agent email — it will not appear in the portal thread automatically in this version.
